    ESO PLUS Membership double charged this month.

    Hello,

    I received a message announcing a change of date of billing of ESO Plus Membership, from first day to subscription day.

    My subscription day is 7th of every month.

    But in August I got charged of 12,99€ two times ... 2 August and 7 August ( real subscription day).

    I still have next payment set on September 7.

    How you solve this?

    I have been charged for eso plus. It states in my subscriptions that I have eso plus that expires on 8/5/16.

    When I log into my game my membership in eso plus is "Not Active".

    I have contacted eso online, they said to contact xbox support.

    I waited an hour for a call where xbox support then told me I have to "post my problem here" bc apparently I am a "preview customer". I'd what that means but I do know that u wasn't my *** subscription that I have been charged for.

    I am an ESO Plus member and Xbox are taking my plus membership money each month but I do not receive the perks through to my ESO account. I contacted ESO and they suggested I contact Xbox Support - can anyone help?

    You'll want to go to account.microsoft.com and click Payments & Billing > Order History Check to see if the order is listed there, if it is, on one of those duplicate orders you can click on "Get order help" and that page will have details on how to get
    in touch with the billing department on how to request a refund for the charge.

    If you do not see the billing listed there, then please visit the Elder Scrolls Support channels here to pursue resolution: Support | The Elder Scrolls Online

    I contacted X Box live and they are working on it and will get back to me. I am wondering if it has anything to do with the new Sommerset expansion.

    A 10% bonus to XP and gold gain, crafting research, and inspiration

    Memberships to ESO Plus can be purchased in 30-, 90-, and 180-day durations starting at $14.99 for a 30-day period. When you sign up for ESO Plus, you'll receive your full allotment of crowns right away (1500 for 30 days, 4500 for 90 days, or 9000 for 180
    days). If you purchase a recurring membership, you'll receive a full allotment of crowns at the start of each 30-/90-/180-day membership period. You can spend crowns in the in-game Crown Store to get unique mounts, special vanity pets, a variety of fun costumes
    for your character, and convenience items like health potions and soul gems.

    While you're a member, you'll enjoy faster progression thanks to the helpful buffs to XP, gold, and crafting, and you'll be able to access any DLC game pack that's available. If your membership ends, you'll still be able to play ESO (and keep any items and
    rewards you earned playing within DLC), but you won't be able to access DLC game pack content that you haven't purchased separately.

  9. Paid ESO Plus account status intermitently not active.

    I paid for a plus account today via the elder scrolls online website. Under billing it shows my order, but under memberships it shows nothing. I log in to the game to play, no eso plus. I am not sure what's going on. Will not let me play, but also does
    not give me the option to cancel. Thinking about trying again through the xbox store, but don't want to be charged twice. Any advice?
